(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

I just moved in about 2 months ago, and have been very pleased with the office staff and maintenance. It would seem that they care very much for their tenants! I have not been late on my rent so I have not received any notices on my door or had to deal with the main office. Having to mail your rent payment is not great, but I have to do the same for my car payment. I have a canceld check for my receipt, I do not know what is the big deal' They have great security that I see every night. They will stop you if you are just hanging. You do not want to hang outside. If you are looking for large apartments that are priced reasonable I would recomend Doral! Just dont be late on your rent!

I would have to agree with your comment on Doral. I have lived here for 4 years now and have only found it to keep getting better. No matter where you live you have to pay your rent on time without having to deal with consequences. I have been very pleased with the office staff. They are always willing to lend an ear and help out. I hate it when I tell someone I live in Forestville and they think that it is a bad area simply because of the other apartments in the area. This place is no where as scary as people will lead you to believe. I hope you enjoy your time here like I have!
