(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

I moved into Doral last month after reading some of the bad reviews. I am sure happy I did. My apartment is GREAT. My building is very quite. The office calls to follow up on how I like my apartment and if there is anything I need. They really make you feel welcome!! If you have not seen Doral, you should.

This review has to have been written by someone from the staff. I lived here twice and have never received a follow up phone call from the office staff about my apartment. The community is not bad it's just that ass Malcolm Brown at the main office (which I don't even think exist). As for Janie and Gary, you both do a great job and you deserve better.

Is she serious!!! Just wait is all I have to say. I guess the roaches haven't showed their faces yet or the bathroom ceiling hasn't leaked, or you haven't received a notice/call stating that your rent is late even though you truly know you got it in on time and Malcolm's nasty self is not willing to waive the $150 late fee.

you say that now but all will change soon when i first moved in all was perfect until time went on but i'll jsut say good luck. i can truly agree with anonymous052006 just wait.

For those of you being charged the $150 late fee that is illegal. Contact the state of Maryland. I had to stay in Doral Terrace's behind by going through the state and a lawyer. That is the ONLY way they will do something.

Just wait they are very very nasty at the main office Malcolm Brown and Alan they refuse to let me move out even though my apartment was broken into they didn't even warn other tenants. They don't care about safety I live in the back give it some time I thought the same thing until I had to deal with my tags being stolen and living in bad living conditons my bathroom ceiling has been leaking for two months and they still haven't fixed the problem
