I lived before, and I must agree with the other previous tenants. DORAL TERRACE IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. Grant it the apartments are spaceious, but it's allthe other stuff u have to put up with that don't compensate for the large apartments. The management company sucks. They do not give you receipts for your rent. You can't take your rent to the rental office. they'll charge you any late fee they want to because, u have to mail it to the coporate office. They'll say they didn't get it until the 6th. Who wants to have to got the the postal office everytime u mail a payment, just to have proof of the date they received it. Plus that's extra money Malcolm is very rude. Everytime u ask for a history of your payments there is always an excuse of some sort. Poor Jamie and Gary, they have to do the dirty work of the complex. I was told verbatum by Malcolm that when u pay your rent late, after that whatever payments u make they apply those to the late and legal fees and what ever is left over they apply to your rent. IS THAT EVEN LEGAL' It would be wonderful if we all were able to pay our rent on time every month but sometimes, things happen, but that's not a green card to take advantage of your tenants and that's what DORAL TERRACE DOES TAKE COLD ADVANTAGE OF THERE TENANTS. Oh and i payed a non refundable security deposit which i later found out is illegal!!!!
