I just moved into Doral Terrace Apartments last weekend, so this would be my first week at my new apartment and I love it! I had been searching all over for a apartment, but either people wanted too much or the apartments were not worth the price. When I came across Doral through the apartment guide I was unsure, but after visiting the complex I was very pleased. Gary made my move-in process so smooth and fast. I told them I had to move fast becuase I was going through a divorce and had to sell my house and the staff at Doral got to business and got me in fast. Through this rough time I did not need to worry about moving to a new place. Roger and Randy made sure that the apartment was 110% ready for me even though I moved in within 3 days of being approved. I cannot believe there are still apartment complexs still this caring and nice still around. I can tell you after seeing a few places I was ready to give up, but Doral is like no other! What I loved best of all is that Doral allowed me to pick where I wanted to move and they did their best to make sure I selected the apartment that was best for me and not for them... that is something I did not encounter at other places.

Lol. Just wait. Unless you live near the office, they got you just like they got me. I'm going to pray for you, that you do not have the experiences that I have in the few months I've lived in the complex.

Blkpride are things still going well 4 u? do u live near the rental office? seen any roaches, mice other pests? I visited the complex and it just looks ok on the outside. i've seen worse. i've seen better. the inside is just the right amount of space for me. and the price is right for someone on a budget who can't afford some of these other places. However, i know that some things are not always what they seem. People will put on appearances to get u to rent.

My place was robbed a second time in the one year I was here. Gary made it nice for you because he just wanted to get you in pray that you live at the front if you live in the back your doomed.

My daughter had a rat, and they told her she had to get rid of it herself. She had to call the Health Dept. before Doral did anything.....

I visit the apt complex on sat.a dn talk with Gray he is a nice young man. I was concerned about my safety because I am a single women. So is it safe?
