(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

This is me and my fiance's first place together. When living in a aprtment, you have to expect some crime and some noise. Crime does not discriminate. You are going to have crime everywhere. If you have kids, I do not suggest moving into this area, much less these apts. If you do not have any kids and can handle the occassional music and bumps, then I think this is a good place.If you cannot handle the occassional noise, you need to live in a single family home. Gary, in the rental office, is very helpful and responds to any problems you may have promptly. As far as the management company, I think that some of there rules are bogus but barable. Just don't lock yourself out of your apartment.
