(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

Management staff very unfriendly, once they got you under contract they will treat you like a ghost. For any little thing they will be sending you notes threatening with breach of contract or if you dont change this .......
Security is non-existen since they only stay for a short period of time and most of the nights dont even patrol the building.
The gate never works so pretty much anytime, at any day, anybody can get in.
Yes, it is cheap for Doral, but remember the saying: - You get what you paid for!
