(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

Spacious apartment but ghetto

Doral Terrace is a nice apartment on the inside but terrible on the outside. Too ghetto. It is a very spacious apartment. The only bad things about this apartment is it has too many roaches, the maintenance come in and out whenever they please without notice to the tenant, and the washer/dryers are always taking your money and not working properly. This is not a nice place (area) for your kids to live at. It is way too ghetto. People are always outside hanging out day and night. Security doesnt do their job.
