(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

Looking for residents who lived at Doral Terrace Apartments from 2000 til 2005.

Tell me about known Criminal Activity at Doral Terrace Apartments and any information regarding the shooting of a young man in November of 2004.

Safety and Security Issues (i.e. no security gurards being on the grounds prior to 2005).

Maintenance Issues (i.e. the faucet breaking and no one coming for a month).

Management Misconduct (i.e. being told that you will be evicted after being 2 days late on your rent)

I was there from 2003- 2004 but don't recall a shooting. However both my vehicles were broken into and my tags got stolen. Other then that nothing but the roaches drove me away LMAO
