(user photo) mold in my bathroom, i have to ask them to paint every other month (user photo) this is on my living room ceiling, I don't know what this is (user photo) this is on my bathroom ceiling, i asked what it was and the maintenance man pretended not to speak english and started mumbling. I speak spanish, I just played along. (user photo) you may not be able to see, but this is where they patched up the wall when the soap dish fell, it's a completely different color than the original tile

Gary,

I would like to take the time to thank you for all your help in how you played a major roll in keeping this a community that felt like family. Your knowledge on the community and maintenance staff has kept tenants at Doral Terrace Apartments on there toes. The grounds are kept well and when anything inside an apartment needs to be fixed, I know that it will be taken care of properly.

how long have you been here? i sounded the same way you do when i posted my first response. i had only been here about 2-3 months. now it's going on 3 years and the only reason i'm still here is because rent is cheap. you get what you pay for. if you don't live here and never have lived here then you can't say but so much. coincidentally, i had to call them (Virginia) and bomb them out about the laundry room. luckily, i am in a position to move when my lease is up. if it wasn't for the bugs and Malcom from the VA office losing my rent and telling me i didn't send it then he found it sitting on someone's desk, i would probably stay. Surprisingly, the area is not as bad as it's reputation. Anyways, give it some time, if you still like it, then good for you. I'm OUT.
