When I first moved here it was really terrible!! The office manager was nice then she left and a real witch took over. But now the maintenance and the office staff are great especially Theresa and Carlos. They are wonderful!! The folks next door use to sell drugs and crack heads use to hang out in the building but they have since moved. A few of my neighbors are really nice (although sometime really loud). There are still roaches everywhere!!!! The grounds are kept up nicely but the trash can pile up some kinda bad at times. The parking isn?t great. If you come home from work, pray you get a around the corner and not 5 buildings away or around the back of the complex. They really need a visitors parking area (like the back lot )or parking passes for the residents. And the lots could use a lot more lighting. There is a locked laundry room in my building that could use more washers. They often break down and take your money so then there is only on washer for the entire building to use. I have not had any problems with the thugs that hang outside. The police are often in the complex. One night they locked this dude up who was trying to steal a car, in front of my face with their guns out!! I was almost car jacked once last year in the daylight. They did update the faucets and the toilets but the rent is getting to be alot. But all in all this the best Forestville has to offer considering your only other option would be living a block down the street on Walters Lane. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
