Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2006
As a tenant for more than 10 years, I have seen management and staff come and go. But the staff we have now should GO! Penn Mar Mngmt and staff sucks!! Theresa is rude and unprofessional and has no interest in resolving real problems unless your a Black Man! Never allow her into your home when your are not there to supervise she'll go thru your underwear drawer. Anita behaves like her antidepressants don't work and Kwame has been there for almost a year and knows absolutely NOTHING! The property has drastically gone down since Theresa's arrival!! There are more car thefts and break ins, the grounds are covered with trash and plenty of drug transactions going on! Stay where you are!
