I've been living at Penn Mar for 5 years now, while I enjoy the convenience of the shopping mall, Target and host of grocery stores in the area. But, in the last two years it seems as though the management hasn't been up to par. My fridge makes this hideous noise and I've informed mgmt. to no avail (it's been making this noise since I loved in). My boyfriend's car has been broken into twice and stolen once right from in front of our bldg. @ 7AM in the morning. There is no security at all, even though there is suppose to be. If you live there you can't park there because they refuse to issues parking passes to the residents as well as visitor passes. This property used to be ok and now it's just a place that I'm planning on moving from. Not everything is bad at Penn mar, you do get the occasional solicitations from y our neighbors regarding various dinners that they are selling (that's classy).

this neighborhood is sum ----.There are nosy people all around here who have no life but 2 watch wat ur doin nd complain 2 tha rental office.U have 2 park all the way at the end of the complex bcuz they mite tow ur car.And u cant even chill outside around here cuz someone will complain.i advise anyone who wants 2 move here not 2.it is roaches galore and exterminiators dont do nuffin.dirty ppl and crackheads all around here.U cant have loud music 2 party cuz its always sumbody hatin nd will call da police.
