I agree I have been here for a few years and I will not recommend anyone moving here until they replace management. Nothing gets fixed, you have to make several request before they come out and fix anything. However, the rental office is being renovated...what kind of stuff is that. You have a remodeled rental office but these apartments look like trash. Management is the rudest I have ever seen. It never use to be like that, everyone in there has a attitude. They act as if you owe them something...so please believe if you have nothing to offer them they will not help you at all. They are ghetto, unprofessional and ignorant. The parking situation is another issue. You have to go through an act of congress to get a visitors permit, where at most places you are given a parking pass and a visitors permit for you to keep for company. Every week they claim they do not have them but you see plenty of cars with visitor's passes. If you are looking to rent here please choose another place unless you are willing to pay high rent and receive less then professional service. Also, beware of the neighborhood crack heads that wander around the complex, management is aware they are here but because they are getting that money from the government they have no plans on getting rid of them.
