It is amazing to me that angry residents continue to spew trash from thier mouths regarding any property management company. They seem to speak up only when they owe rent or have complaints filed against them. I was a resident of Penn Mar Apartments & have a special place in my heart for everyone living & working there. However, I know personally the type of people that the staff deals with on a daily basis. My hat goes off to the residents that are there trying to make a difference and the staff that has no choice but to spend day after day being disrespected for doing thier jobs. Angry residents are usually liars & trouble makers. GIve the staff a break they are just doing what it takes to run a business.
Now as for the person that left the latest review. Get it together buddy. You obviously do not deal with your Management staff at all.....------ has been gone for almost 6 months. Her replacement ---- is handling things the best she can & trying to get the job done. Respect her and PLLLLLEEEAAASSSEEE learn her name.
Penn Mar has seen many changes through the years as the area has started to slide down the hill but it has maintained its dignity. I lived there for almost 5 years and was proud to call it home.
My hat goes off to--------------------& --- for dealing with the mess that residents make & leave behind. The hold thier heads up & continue to provide a unstopable service. ----- has been a constant in that office since 2003. She has served her time behind the desk answering the phones and being cursed at & screamed on because resident fail to use common sense when dealing with the office. The residents of Penn Mar should be priveledged to have such a warm caring staff that is dedicated to making Penn Mar stand out above the rest.
Take a moment and drive your surrounding properties. The might offers some upgrades but they do not offer the geniune loyality that the staff of Penn Mar offers. Before you write such trash & call people out by name, learn some respect. This staff is working hard just like you. You should put them all on your xmas list and stop harassing them.
Really if you don't like it then move and leave the staff alone.
Oh by the way, they offer extermination two times a month. Call & get on the list. You probably need to clean up your apartment.
