I am moving to the community in one month and wanted to know if the walls are thin if the floors are squeaky. My current apartment is giving me those problems now.

Hello. Have you moved in yet? How is it over there? I'm thinking about moving over there i'm a single parent with a nine year old and i'm concernecd about the young adults and adults loitering in the area. Is it ok?

No, I haven't moved in just yet. That will be in December. But so far I haven't seen any young kids hanging out when I ride past there.
