	Penn mar id great. The secretary is wonderfull and gets the job done right. The property manger attends to every possible problem she can with in one day. Im glad I have moved in here.

	mgmt has a really nasty attitude. They don't want to help no one, and they act like they can't speak. If you ask me they need to fire them!!!!!
