ok, i just moved in a little more than a month ago..and it's terrifying and traumatizing!!!!! - I'm now looking for a lawyer to get me out of my lease contract!
Tooo many bad things to say about this complex so i will just start listing..
MICE...PLENTY OF THEM..., My daughters scream and cry everytime we catch them in the kitchen...yes in the kitchen...crawling and crapping on our clean dishes!!!
ROACHES -
HEAT ALMOST NEVER WORKS - Been heating my apt. this fall with my oven!!
Empty open apartments - most buidings here are empty due to evictions for one reason or another...i think residents are refusing to pay to live in these conditions. But when they move their apartments are left wide open - which to me is a serious safety problem - especially in the fall/winter when more people look for places to do drugs and shelter to camp out/hang out in. These apartments are left with their doors open wide all day and all night! Not safe at all!!!!
i could go on forever ...but i wont...DONT RENT HERE...RUN AWAY QUICKLY...oh did i say staff is rude, and uncaring!!!!....

You hit it right on the nose with this apartment complex. I have never lived anywhere that was worse than Regency Pointless is what I like to call them! My lease was over in September and I hauled ass out of there in August. I was so fed up with them that I paid September's rent and still moved out in August. But let me tell you: mice will be the least of your worries when your roof starts to cave in and ruin your entire brand new bedroom set, like my roof did. Regency Pointless still hasn't paid for it yet. I had mold and grass growing through my walls and the office staff thought this was an alright condition to live in. If you can, hurry down to the court house and put your rent in escrow IMMEDIATELY! My rent was in escrow from December of 2008 to July of 2009. I didn't even move in until October!!!! Take your own advice and run far, far, far away from that trash hole they like to call apartments. I moved all the way across town to Fort Washington and I haven't had to worry about a thing since I left that place. I hope you can get out of that lease and soon, because I sure do feel your pain on this one!

OMG I am so glad I ran across your comments I was just in their office applying for a 2bed room and was wondering y it was so cheap and utilities included and still under $700 im going to take your advice and run.. Picking up my holding fee TODAY!!!!!
