Steady Decline in Service and Management

Formerly Amberwood now known as Cambridge Commons. Changing the name and hanging big banners does not change the fact that this management company has let some of the best and most competent staff members go. I have followed all of their guidelines to no avail. Only after taking pictures, writing letters and threatening (and still planning on) contacting the Maryland Department of Housing and Local News Stations did I get any response for the maintenance issues with my apartment.
If you plan on living here keep very good records, from your lease, rent checks, and phone logs.
Over all I do not recommend living at this complex or any other owned by Sawyer Property Management, the current owners of Cambridge Commons. You will know it belongs to Sawyer because their signs are the same. It may be close and conveinent to shopping and metro stations but that is not a reason to move there.
I adamently (sp) do not recommend moving here. And if you do live here...turn in your 30 day notice and make it retroactive.
One final word of advice. If there are multiple units available in a building that means residents are moving out in large numbers for the WRONG reasons!
