I've lived here since 1996, and this place was actually 'alright', that's until last year, when Sawyer Management took over. Since then, this place has become nothing but a haven for all kinds of crime and violence, and it's being overseen by a staff who could care less. The maintenance crew is being paid for doing nothing, as is the leasing office staff. For the past 5 months I've been waiting for these people to handle minor repairs in my apartment, and I've been totally ignored, except for when it's time to pay or raise my rent. One of my door locks froze this past winter and broke, and I've just recently been able to get one of the wrong lock fixed. If you call in for a repair, you're liable to be ready to move before the issue is addressed, by anybody working there. The management staff are plain 'inconsiderate, nasty, and just ghetto' in the way that they deal with tenants and thier issues (on more than one occassion I've been a heartbeat away from beating the h@ll out of all of them). And they have the nerve to charge a $100 surcharge on top of the rent if you don't renew your lease, like someone wants to stay for any prolonged period of time. This place is some complete sh@t, and I hate it. Before considering this place, I'd recommend a cardboard box. Don't move into this hellhole, you'll regret it.
