When my wife got pregnant we needed more space and decided to move out of D.C. I should have realized it when we got to the rental office and a lady there said "DONT DO IT". I guess being young and anxious my wife and I signed the lease. BIG MISTAKE. From the air condition not working to days without heat in the winter. My wife had to contact the county numerous times about the lack of heat with a newborn in the house. The rental office has some of the worst service and worthless maintenance I have ever seen in my life. So when it came time to renew our lease we said "HELL NO" and moved back to D.C. and promissed to never leave the city again...
