My sister has lived here for about a year. She has complained several times about a squarrel or God knows what kind of animal in her roof. They never came to investigate it. Two nights ago at about 9:00 pm she called the fire department because she smelled smoke. They cam, did not take the call seriously and told her and her 3 young children, ages 7, 5, and 2 to go back to bed. At 4:00 am her bedroom was an inferno. She ran downstairs and pulled the fire alarm. Her bedroom and the childrens bedrooms were destroyed. It was an electrical fire in the roof. The apartment complex felt NO symphony what so ever. They told her that they would not move her to another apartment until her rent was paid for the month. After she paid the rent, they did not send anyone to her move. They did not, so much as open a window so that she would not have to breathe in the fumes. They were rude and ignorant.
