I have alot to say...I have been here since 2003 only because it's the biggest apt for the money in area but I sure have been in many battles to get things right since I moved in. We've caught so many mice I can't even begin to count how much of my own hard earned money has been wasted because they keep coming back. The exterminator comes and does nothing, gets his check and rolls out till next time. The rental staff treats you worse than criminals in jail. They are rude and unprofessional, cursing and talking bad about residents as soon as they leave the office. Work requests never get done. The manager NEVER returns calls until (I laugh) you call corporate and he/she is FORCED to respond. My apt has been flooded so many times because of bad/old plumbing, I have lost count of that too. I've been living with mold & mildew since 2004 which just got treated and the carpet in one room was replaced a few months ago after calling corporate, the rental staff, the manager, & court system to take legal action. The air works when it wants to. The water pressure is terrible and atleast once a week we have NO hot water. There's homeless who come and sleep, do drugs, urinate and..defecate in our laundry room. There are always bugs to kill on a daily basis. The "security" sits out front with the drugs dealers probably getting a cut to keep quiet. Guess where they sit..directly across from the rental office day and night! If you want to have guests over, they have to park across the street at the church and hope they don't get towed or pay $5 EACH for a parking pass and that has to be paid for and picked up before 4:30pm. Oh I forgot to mention when we first moved in both of our cars were towed because they "forgot" the give us parking stickers. We never got reimbursed. Someone stole one of our cars out of the parking lot in 2004 and it was totaled. Just 4 days ago 10-13 year old boys robbed a 6 year old boy in front of my building. I heard him screaming and ran out to help. I could go on and on but I think you got the point. Every complex has problems but why stress yourself. You work hard for your money and you should be able to come home to peace of mind.
