I first have to start off by saying that there was a change in management but they still refuse to treat their tenants with respect or cater to the importance of their needs. They are rude, unprofessional, unresponsive, selfish, and lack communication within their staff. I have lived at this complex for two years and the company before the recent one was absolutely horrible. The recent company that just took over has not been very professional, they play hip-hip and r&b in their office where you can hear curse words and explicit sex songs, they never return your phone call and you never see of hear from the resident manager. They allow unsupervised contractors to come into your apartment and make a mess and dissassemble everything and leave master keys in other people apartments so that a theif or someone who is having problems with drugs can come in and take all of your hings and harm your family. It is not a very safe place to live in. They do not provide you with balconys but expect you not to stand out in front of your building, even if it is to watch your guest leave. They have poor security who only harass the black males in the neighborhood, ( even the good ones who volunteer to take you trash as a female). I would not recommend this apartment complex to a roach or a rat just because of the poor service.
