I resided in the complex from 1992 and the conditions became horrindous. The mice were so rampart I thought i had visited the zoo. The drug dealers had taken over and i thought I was at 14th & U Street, NW with the prostitutes and drugmen. The shootings were so frequent I thought the complex had a gun range; the temperature in the apt was so hot I thought I was on the beach, the water was so cold I thought we had an indoor pool. I guess the rent for was payment for the amenties above because it certainly was not for residing in a a descent respectable community. If you enjoy a place with many amenties, by all means move to Regency Pointe. By the way instead of going fishing, you can catch the mice.

Living here you got to be kidding me. For all you apartment seeker please don't stop here, because of the MICE, MICE MICE, not saying it's NICE NICE NICE. Dont even wait your time......NEXT
