Well let me start off by saying.....I'M LEAVING HELL!!! I can't wait either. My lease is up in April and I'm too excited.

This has been the WORST, I repeat the WORST experience EVER in living in an apartment. This place is terrible. This place makes me STRIVE to buy a home sooner than I planned.lol The staff is whack, SOME not all of the people but majority of the people that live in the neighborhood live up to the "Forestville" stereotype all the way. No offense to those born and raised in the area that are actually about something, but you know what I mean. Well, I'll start off with the people 1st.

Ok, if you chose to live here (which is a bad descision) but if you do, request not to live in the back of the complex near Park Berkshire. Lordy! Listen to me because I'm telling you something good! The whole apartment complex is hood, so you can't escape that. But in the very back I think they put the worst of the worst. I have to constantly to tell people to get off my car because they mistaken it for a chair. I work during the day, so that means I need sleep at night right'lol Well....HA! That doesn't happen without myself or my neighbors who actually work like I do, having to call PG Police on the loud people outside at 11pm to about 3am fighting, drinking or whatever they do. It's ridiculous. I have witnessed several fights outside in that time frame on weeknights. And we are supposed to have 24 hour PG Police security for the entire complex, but HA! Don't rely on them either. The kids around there are very disrespectful and like to destroy the apartment complex as much as possible. They will break into your mailbox and steal your mail or just sit in the hallway and rip it up just out of bordum. That way you come out in the hallway only to find a bill or other personal mail of yours destroyed. So look into getting a PO Box just in case. I guess majority of the folks around there feel like because they are renting and the complex is already YUCK, then they will destroy it more and not give a you know what. So the place will never get better with that mentality.

Next, the staff.......GHETTO, EVIL, NASTY, CLUB HOPPING, STANK, LAZY and unprofessional bunch of chicks I've ever met!! I swear! They will treat you like crap! They will show you their true colors as soon as you sign on the dotted line. So look out for signs from them in the very beginning! They are a trip. To be in a profession where you are supposed to have complete customer service skills, they lack it in the worst way and will let you know how they do not care and give you nothing but attitude. They notify you of things at the last minute. And be lucky if they even do that. Water will be cut off in the complex, heat will not work in the Winter and AC NEVER works in the Summer and they will never notify you of it not working and they will never give you an answer of when it will be back on again. No memo in each building....NOTHING. But you better not ever be late on a utility bill. Rent and utilities are seperate, but they will threaten you with legal fees and evictions if you are late on your utilities like it is your rent. And they are quick to notify you on that. So make sure that you pay your utilities on time, even if you didn't get the full month of your utilities because nothing in the complex works completely for a whole month. Just be prepared that when you visit that office, they will be hood and nothing but attitude. Maintenance isn't any better. There is a lack of communication between them and the leasing chicks. But majority of the maintenance staff is hood as well and probably has open warrants. So they don't care.

Now, on the place all together....MICE & ROACHES will be a tenant of yours, so be prepared of that! The place is full of them. I heard from people on here that there were mice & roaches. I had never seen one in my house ever because I keep a very clean apaprtment. I have a slight OCD problem.lol So my place is CLEAN. Then all of a sudden one day at the same deg on time, I see a roach the size of my pinky and mouse droppings on my counter top. I'm not exaggerating either! So I go straight to the rental office like "LOOK, I have pest and I want them out yadda yadda yadda". Now let me tell you, I was already pissed because I had a list of 5 things that I asked them to repair a month priot to this that they never came to fix. So be prepared that they will take FOREVER (like the movie Sandlot) to fix anything you call in. As I'm writing this, I have a work order in that is now a week old and they still haven't repaired it. So basically to make a long story short, I had to buy my own mouse traps, I had to seal up every hole I found in my apartment that the mice could be coming through and I...had to go buy other products from Home Depot to repair my apartment. I know you are thinking "why didn't I move and break the lease". Why' Because I couldn't relocate like that at the last minute. Times are hard right now and I'm a single mother. So there is the answer for that. But I made it clear to headquarters and to the rental office when I complained on them SEVERAL times, that I WOULD NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE and I WOULD NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE I KNEW OR JUST MET OR NOTHING!

So to end this rating, do not move here. It will be the biggest mistake of your life if you do.....I promise you. It's terrible. What I've told you here is only the tip of the ice berg. There is a lot more to tell that would make you not want to live her. So please take in consideration the reviews that you see on here. I found them very helpful. I am now moving to an awesome place in Baltimore County. Rent is great there in a nice quiet chill neighborhood and it's hard to believe the great deal I got on my new place. Everything in my apartment is brand new. Yes the commute will be hell, but you know what....When PG County starts making the cost of living affordable and worth it again, I'll move back, but until then....I'll holler PG!!! PEACE! lol

P.S. Checkout the Maryland Sex Offender Website too. There is a bunch in this neighborhood. Freakin' SCARY!!!

SHE/HE IS RIGHT. I moved in 9/1/07, and got the bait and switch. First of all, do not be impressed by the polished model that they show you because no unit in the complex looks as nice. I moved in to an apartment without proper locks, a gaping hole in my sink (which I didnt find out until I got ready to enjoy my first meal), the window is broke, the tub is oh so old, uhmm....there is mildew on the bathroom ceiling...And I'm wondering to myself "where the hell did the 300.00 administratio fee go towards"...The lack of professionalism among the staff is ridiculous...and the property mangamer "Tracy" does nothing but answer the phones and look stupid if you ask her a challenging question. I mean, I'm grateful the roof over my head, but damn...I was paying 675.00 in southeast for better...Think about that before you waste you hard earned money.

HELLO, THEY ARE ALL RIGHT! My move in date was July 27th, but stayed at my moms for two weeks becuase the kitchen sink backed up every night and the bathroom is not meant for a dog to bath in. I just got the bathtub glazed and hell it might as well stayed the way it was at first. The tile in that bathroom is grimmy and dirty, it's not white or beige the crap is brown! There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and them lazy monkeys just put plaster up ther and never came back to sand it or paint, oh don't let me start on paint. The paint in that bathroom is so old it's yellow. There is a hole at the shower head and the sink cabinet is crumbling and and even if I wanted to take a shower there is no dang SHOWER ROD TO HANG A CURTIN. Doors in there where hard to open becuase apparently the fools painted the doors and closed them before they dried so there is peeling paint in everyones room. Wires are hanging out of the ceiling in the hallway where a light fixture is suppose to go, the light in the so call linen closet does not work and smells of mildew becuase the HVAC unit in there leaks and the carpet is soak and wet. Renew what lease, I am already packed waiting to move as soon as my term is up!!!! You come into the complex it looks like paridise but honey boom, ride back there in the back where I live. Them drug dealers run that side, nobody from that office comes back there and you better have combat gear becuse them people residing in the 33's buildings will cut you quick!!!. It's a war zone back there! I am so unhappy with this place it's sickening. I pay market rent to live with the undesirables, that's just not right, but the rental office is heaven!! One big fashion show and bickering and flirting. Come check it out!! I really did need to move but I moved from the frying pan straight into the fire. If you are about something, you know not stuck up but want better for yourself and your children PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE!! It's nothing here but broken promises and dreams.....we all deserve to enjoy where you live, I have teenager and won't let them go outside, it's really ridiculas in that back court. And the slow response to issues in your apartment makes you just want to cry....IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING PLEASE TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE! This isn't even my style bashing someone or something, but this really does need to be shared please believe these reviews. The apartments are old and not well kept!
