Listen, all I have to say is that you can do better than coming here. I regret moving my children in the institution! The apartments are old to start with, and they are trying to put modern appliances which just isn't working. You are spoken to as if this will be our dream apartment, they assure you that things will be taken care and you see what they want you to see. But the day you move in, it's like the door of a jail cell slamming shut because you are stuck in a one year lease money gone down the drain! There are all kinds of bugs, sink backs up every evening, bathroom has not been redone prior to move in nor since I've taken residency. It is one nasty mess. I a very depressed and upset because of the amount of money it took me to get in here and this is what I get, some trash! It's no need to call names, but the office is off the hook! There's no need to share my embarrassing secrets of this run down apartment I am renting, all I need to say is that it's not a nice place at all. If you ever seen New Jack City, then believe me when I say it has been reborn at Regency Pointe (formerly Cambridge Commons). You better not say anything to these nasty drug dealing neighbors they might make change out or your $5 a**. Don't even address your concerns with on site management, they just like to hear themselves say "We will take care of you!" It's like a club house motto! I know sometimes we have to do what we have to do but if you can help it, don't move here. My next move it to write the management company and contact the media or housing authorities because it just doesn't make sense. I'm paying rent at a place I don't even stay. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE!!
