The only positive thing I can say of this complex is that the rent is only $775 for a 2 bedroom. I moved in March of 2007-after three weeks of being told my apartment was not ready yet but would be in two days. Luckily I was staying with my sister who understood. The staff is rude and nasty-their attitude is that you are actually bothering them by asking them to perform the work they were hired to do.However if you go into the office when a potential renter is there,they act as if they can not wait to assist you.The maintenace is horrible-they take forever to do repairs,if they do them at all. I have put in work orders since I moved in to have my a/c fixed and it is still broke.The parents-not all but a lot-let their children basically do what they please. I get home from work anywhere from 9-10pm and there are ALWAYS children outside from as young as 2 years on up!! They play in the parking lot and damage cars and their parents get upset if you ask them not to! I have had my antenna broken off due to children playing on my car-I now have to park as far away from my building as possible to avoid further damage.People-tenants and non tenants sit on the front steps of the buildings and smoke weed as if they are smoking cigarettes. They play dice right in the middle of the walkway and look at you crazy when you have to bring groceries or whatever in and actually have to walk on the sidewalk!! The children will curse you out at the drop of a hat!!They will walk right in the middle of the parking lot and look at you crazy when you blow your horn for them to move while you are driving!!I have three children and many nieces and nephews and I REFUSE to let them play in my neighborhood!! The outside looks nice-they do more work to the grounds than to the actual apartments!! And they give you a days notice(usually the wrong dates are on the notices) that they will be doing work to the parking lots and tow your vehicle. They put up notices that water will be off at night so many times I have gotten up at 630am turned the faucet and got NOTHING!! Not good when you have to get your children ready for school and yourself ready for work!! My apartment is right next to the laundry room which seems to be used as a hotel room for couples who show no shame at all for having sex out in the open.I am looking to move but can not afford to pay 1200 or more for an apartment. As I said, the only good thing I can say about REGENCY POINTE is that the rent is $775.If you can afford more then do not move here!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

OMG!! You arew feeling my pain!! lol I will be breaking my lease as soon as something better and affordable is available. Whom ever wrote this review...WRITE AN EMAIL LIKE I DID TO DAVID MILES HIM SELF!!! He is the owner of the property! Do it, I'm telling you. The staff here is ridiculous, nasty and rude and would much rather be out shopping or up in a club than doing their job.....
