I seriously can't wait until my lease is up. I've been thinking about breaking my lease and paying more for a good apartment. I had no problems at first with my apartment. But then the problems came. Maintenance is full of ----. Every time I called maintenance, this fat lazy dude came and never did anything. He would just look at the problem and say he would come back. And he never came back. I thought that by talking to property manager would do something. It actually didn't do anything. My problem never was solve. And till this day the problem still is currently fix. I pay my rent on time every month!!! You would think they would at least fix the problem in a timely manner. moving to this apartment was the worst decision ever. I've seen a mouse but it never appeared again.( Or its probably hiding) I'm begging anyone who wants to move hear please do not choose this place. You will be upset before your lease is up. I'm noting every time I speak to a representative or request for maintainance. I plan on speaking to a new station because REGENCY POINTE is a slum lord.. I have 4 months left on my lease and I am counting down for the celebration. Im moving back to mitchellville.....
