I moved !!! Let me tell you....this was THE WORST place I have ever lived in my entire life. The day I moved was the day I gained peace of mind which is priceless. NO more mice! NO more roaches! NO more leaks! NO more mold and mildew! NO more bathroom ceilings caving in! NO more homeless people sleeping on my steps! NO more crack pipes outside my door and on the washing machines! NO more dead people to find! NO more trash lying on my steps, beside the dumpsters, or thrown on cars! Did I mention cars--No more getting towed even though you have a sticker, or not being able to have more than 1 guest over because you only HAVE 1 guest parking pass(what if you had relatives over who arrived in more than 1 car which is often the case). NO more incompetent rental staff. NO more having to say "excuse me" to ppl sitting on your steps. NO MORE, NO MORE, NO MORE !!! GOD HELP YOU IF YOU STILL LIVE THERE. PLS DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU DON'T. UNLESS YOU'RE USE TO LIVING AND BEING TREATED LIKE YOU LIVE IN A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY, REGENCY POINTE IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. If you like waking up in the morning not knowing if you will be able to get to work (if you even work because I swear there was never a parking space even at 12noon Mon-Fri) because someone has broken into or stolen your vehicle, then this is THE PLACE for you. If you like hearing police & ambulance sirens, oh, and motorcycle engines all day and night, then this is THE PLACE for you. I could keep going on teling you about all the negative things but I won't waste anymore time talking about this hell hole, THANK GOD I'M GONE !!!
