Most of the reviews are correct. The maintenance and management teams are not doing their jobs. There is drug activity here just like most neighborhoods in this area. Most of the units are rat and/or roach infested but you have to realize that it comes from other people living nasty in the building. The people here have no respect for the little they have so they see no wrong in doing what thery're doing. For those starting out on their own or trying to rebuild Forest Creek now Regency Village I&II is the perfect place. Its reasonably priced and it makes you appreciate the things you have and makes you what more out of life. Forest Creek now Regency Village I&II has just switched management so we'll have to wait and see if any changes are made and if the changes made are going to be permanent positive changes for the community.
