This is the biggest joke out of all the apartments in PG County. If you tell someone that you live in Forest Creek or now known as Regencey Village then they are going to say "oh I am sorry!" This is known to be the worse place to live. The ONLY people that move here are crackheads, dealers, hookers, drunks and all the scum of the area. They keep their rent low so people want to move in and they let anyone in. They are saying that they are making all these changes but they are not doing ---- about the ghetto ass people they have living here. They say they have security but all they really have is a man sitting in a both. The property is poorly kept. The office staff looks like they would hangout with the crackheads that live here. One of the girls in the office is a hooker and sells herself on her lunch break in vacant apartments. She isnt too bad looking and the price is nice, but then I tought about it and she is doing anyone in this area and I thought that there are better ways to die. I am so glad that I no longer live here, but I wanted to warn people of the area. The people here are straight up ghetto. There are killings that happen, and two of them were in my building. One was shot dead at his front door and they other OD. I tired to get out of my lease but they told me I signed and they would take me to court. I figured I am a grown man and can last 6 more months.Since then there has been more shootings, but luckely not in my building. I feel sorry for any of the nice people who might still be living there becuase they cannot afford anything better. I would like to let you know that I found nice priced apartments on the other side of Penns Ave. The price is more, but the area is a hell of a lot better!!! Everyone should run away from this place! IT SHOULD BURN!!!!! Jack Johnson where are you buddy. You shut them down once, why are you not seeing what is still going on. They fooled you my man.

Dam shame. I am so afraid to visit my godchild over there. I will not go there after 5 p.m. I don't have good luck, so I will not take any uneccessary chance.

I had family members and friends who use to live in Forest Creek. And all I can say it's not a place where I would raise my child.
