I would not recommend these apartments because I have been trying to get my money from them since October 2005 when they erroneous overcharge me rent for August and September 2005. All I owed when they took over was October 2005 rent. I have been fighting this battle since that time. I am living on a MOTION because they ask for an absolute judgment on March 9, 2006 and took my rent for March, April and credit of $118.75 on May's rent. I am writing Congress, Jack Johnson, Albert Wynn's, and Seven On Your Side to get to the bottom of this matter. They need to have an audit done for accuracy of their records because this deals with tenants livelihood and just be addressed. These tenants as well as myself cannot afford to pay double rent. I had to borrow and pay back $2,026 to keep my housing because I was scheduled for eviction October 2005. Now I am scheduled again since May 4, 2006. The Management do not have people skills, customer service skills, accounting skills, recordkeeping skills, and compassion for others. Do not move here under no circumstances because you will regret it. Do not sign a lease because they can get you for breach of contract.
