I think they have improved a little. Back in 2004 I attempted to get an apartment here when they were Forest Creek Apartments the staff was unprofessional and a pain to deal with. Two days before I was about to move in they told me I couldn't because the area had failed inspection. They knew that for a month according to county inspectors. In 2006 I wanted to move in again, which I did I was swaped from apartment to apartment and I had to keep calling moving companys and and funiture people back to update my adress. But overal since I got my foot in the door it has been a very nice area alot of improvments around he area and maintance always responds and fixes the problem. Only problem I have encountered are my neighbors who are always on the stairs.

Please let me know what your secret is regarding maintenance always responding. If maintenance responded when they should I don't think I'd have a problem with the development. I've been here since May 2006 and am still waiting for repairs that were requested at that time to be fulfilled.
