I have resided in Forest Creek/Regency Village Apartments for two years and when I first moved in it was great but three months into my lease things began going wrong the complex moved someone in next door who had roaches and they came into my apartment I contacted maintenance to come spray immediately it is now two years later and they sprayed once in my bathroom no where else. They have an uncontrolable mice problem and by uncontrolable I mean in January 2006 I caught six (6) mice in one day and I bought the traps for them. Maintenance sucks they do very little when you submit a issue to them example I asked for three items to be fixed in my apartment they come in fix one thing and write on their paperwork that they have done everything. I have an dishwasher that has been broken since a week after I moved in it has yet to be replaced. My refridgerater stays broken every three months and my food spoils waiting to have it replaced at my expense. The only thing I enjoy about living here is location and the back yard so to speak.

This review is absolutely accurate. I resided there for three years and dealt with constant rodents, roaches and poor maintenance. I had several water leaks that took them 3-4 days to respond and then they never cleaned or replaced the carpet after the leaks. Now they are trying to keep part of my security deposit to replace the carpet. I plan on fighting this to the end because they did not allow me a walk-through (began painting my apartment before my last month was up) and then after turning the keys over to them, they failed to secure the apt and then had the nerve to call me four days after I had over the keys to tell me that homeless people were living in the apt, as if they were my guests. Angela Williams is a poor manager and I plan on exposing her incompetence. My last month there, I had paid the rent for the month, on the last day of the month I went back to retrieve the rest of my property and clean the apt and to my suprise they were already in my apt painting. If at all possible, do not move there, especially if you have children. You will not be treated fairly and maintenance is a joke. I also had the same problem of them fixing one thing and putting on the paper that they fixed everything. If you have an emergency such as a water leak over the weekend, you will have to wait until the following Monday to speak to someone in the rental office and then you will still have to wait a few days. It's ridiculous! Do not move there if at all possible!

Im tired of being paranoed and frustrated.Ive been living here since Nov.1.02 it was the worst (when it became Regency Village)im tired of these stupid late fee notes on my door!Also these RATS!!!!!Thats nasty I wish we can all come together about these problems one man can't fight alone.We should have a petition and have everybody sign it.We can't just complain we have to work together.I understand how everybody feels its like a HELL HOLE to me.Im embarrased to have family and friends in my home even during holidays. They dont do nothing about the lotering but mess with the younger children(because their scarred of the guys).I don't know while they hired police around here anyway. They dont do a d*** thing.I dont advise anyone to move here,not even my worst enemy

I have to agree.....Regency Village can put on late fees like its not even funny. Not only that...you go to the dayum rental office and let them know that you have been laid off and they dont even want to work with you. They come with the PG cops that are moonlighting and shine a dayum flashlight in your face harassing you about the rent....dayum dont they know that they can be the next ones to get laid off....everyone is not fortunate to have family and friends to help them out.
