My family and I lived in Forest Creek/Regency Village from July 2001 - October 2005, I would have stayed in my apartment had it not been for the fact that someone broke into my apartment in broad daylight. I went to the rental office and requested another apartment I was told no, at this time we decided to move and the only reason the complex let us out of our lease because we threatened to sue them. Even though they allowed us to break our lease, we had to pay the next months rent and they kept our security deposit of $1800. During this time they were changing management, so the person who had knowledge of our situation and what happened was no longer there, the new management refused to give us our security deposit back. To this day I am still fighting with them to get my money back.
