I lived here for one year. What hell! Females staring at you instead of speaking, I had mice problems, heating problems, window leaks, witnessed someone get SHOT in the laundry room, hearing gun shots. Torture. I would come home to people smoking weed and drinking in the hallways and on the steps of the building. Go in your own apartment and smoke weed and drink liquor! Children play in the streets and get an atitude when you are driving on the street and ask them to move. There are plenty of playgrounds for them to play. My upstairs neighbor's toilet would constantly overflow and rapidly leak down into my bathroom. Maintenance would fix the RECURRING problem with the neighbor's toilet and that would stop the ceiling leak in my apartment temporarily. I had to insist that Maintenance pull up the carpet where it was wet and when they did the mold was unrealistic! Whoa! Then when it rained, water would POUR into my apartment through the window. I had to call them the clean up the water, patch up the window at least twice a month until I demanded to speak with the Property Manager. I faxed her my list of problems detailing when I called, who I spoke with, what they said, who came out, etc. Guess what' Everything got taken care of promptly. I hated living there so much, I broke my lease to get out! This is the HOOD forreal, so if you like that "hood" environment...move here. (LOL)

LOMBARD STREET, BALTIMORE, MD 21202)FOR YOUR PAIN, SUFFERING, YOUR FUNDS PAID FOR SAFE/SANITARY/LAW ABIDING APTS. DON'T ALLOW THIS MISMANAGED COMPANY TO CONTINUOUSLY SUBJECT UNSUSPECTING TENANTS AND CURRENT TENANTS TO THESE ATROCIOUS LIVING CONDITIONS/LONG-STANDING HOUSING CODE VIOLATIONS.
