I am a resident at Regency Village I urge any one who is considering to move here NOT TO. DON"T DO IT!!!! You may as well live on the street!!! Yes they have a mice problem and these mice are so bold they come out in daylight. Maintanence is non existent. I have pictures of my bathroom ceiling that fell down on the floor and sewage hanging out of the big whole. They took a week to come out and fix the whole but my ceiling is still leaking and I have made several attempts to speak to a manger but they only want to talk to those uninformed perspective tentants that do not know the deal. I am so ready to leave from here I am going to break my lease. There has been plenty of shootings and car break ins. I wish I knew about this site before I rented. They are awful don't let the "MODEL" fool you because the aprtments are nothing like it!
