I have lived at Regency Village apts. for approximately 22 mths (will be moving December 07)and try my best not to deal with the staff at the leasing office whenever I have any concerns. Management,a joke! ------ -------, the so called "Manager" and her uneducated staff definately needs to find another job and or career! They have no sagacity of service, respect, the ability to follow- up and simple cannot get the job done!I agree, do not move to Regency unless you have no other options! FYI FOR ALL ISSUES YOU SHOULD CALL THE MAIN OFFICE IN ATLANTA GA. @ 404-965-3300 and ASK FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGER FOR THE EAST COAST (AKA ------ -------'S MANAGER)AND I GURANTEE YOU WILL BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND GIVE SURETY THAT YOUR ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!

This reviewer is right. I lived in Regency Village for 2 years. My side was the 6433, not in the rental office side and it was better. Had some loud nights but not as many. However, when it came to getting things done the only way I could was to call and/or email the Atlanta office. Then ------ would return my calls with a quickness. Make sure you keep all your rental receipts too, once, they applied my rent to another tenant and had the nerve to serve me w/eviction papers. I turned in all my receipts and wrote a letter to the Atlanta office. These folks are bananas but start going over their heads. Everyone has to answer to someone.

Thank you for including the number to the Atlanta office. I am having some of the same issues. I live on the rental office side and it is horrible.
