I just moved around Regency Village in June 2007 on the bottom floor, and I personally do not have that many problem. Im in the 3rd entrance (the better entrance) I dont have rat/mice or roaches, havent seen one. I do know -the maintenance is SLOW as hell. Also alot of theft in the laundry, I been here since June and the machines had to be replace 3 times and still waiting on them to fix the 4th time. So other than that, its OK. I like my home. Oh, sometimes too many damn people hang out (but not my entrance).

If you are thinking about moving here, just do a drive-by at different times and you will see.

Well, I can't say anything negative about your post. But I will offer some advise, put down a mouse trap, no a Rat trap with some sunflower seeds on it and see if you don't meet a roomate that travels at night. I did not see them either, I just smelled the urine when I first moved in. So I put down Rat glue traps that I bought on-line. I couldn't catch anything with the one glue trap that I got from the office. I also live in the third gate. Yeah, not alot of kids, but you can still hear your share of gun shots. And the trash used to be so terrible, did you ever see that??? I hope that your good experience continues. Wish you and yours well. Peace, needamiracle..........
