Unsuspecting is truly the case.

The problems I have had and had trouble getting repaired and/or resolved are:

Nasty horrible sewage back-ups
Mold on the walls
leaking windows [when it rains]
mice, roaches, silverfish, crickets, etc...
toilet leaking
weakened floor from toilet leaking
pipes in bathroom bursting and leaking
nasty carpet upon move in
maintenance pored "Mouse poisoning" in my stove and I had to contact District 25 Ulysses Currie's office and community std.
my balcony door would not close.
maintenance told me that management wouldn't authorize repairs
maintenance would come to my house drunk [reaking of alcohol]
I had no heat during the winter months
I had no A/C for two straight summers [in soaring temperatures]
I came home only to find murder people [outlined in chalk]
I walk outside into gun battles
I came out to find officers with assault riffles drawn searching for criminals
Kids sat and slept on my car at all hours of the day and night
I would notifiy ------------------- and she did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!
I got out of the tub to find maintenance prying my door to enter my house at 7:55am. one morning
Maintenance lost my keys on several occasions
Two maintenance men unlocked my top lock trying to gain entry to my apartment, without prior notification [and without an emergency as a reason]
I have had the staff verbally attack me, for calling and/or sending emails regarding valid concerns
So so many horrible incidents have occurred to me and my children [making my children sick from a numer of these housing code violations]
Don't take Regency Village/ MPI Forest creeks crap anymore.
Research your landlord tenant rights, get legal representation, sue them for damages/pain and suffering/recoup your fees so you may break your lease
and move somewherer nice/etc...
**Just remember not to carry the egregious conduct and practices of the slum lords of RV and the ignorant tenants that continue to decay that community
[with no regard for the children witnessing and living through this madness]**.
