I moved here in April 2007 and I'm thankful on one hand for having a roof over my head. Sometimes I feel like I should have checked out other places. When I first moved in they gave me a checklist to notate any problems in my apartment. I had about 6 things that needed to be fixed, things that should have been done before I moved in. It took about 10 calls or 2 months for the things to get fixed. If they can't show an initiative to new residents, don't want to know how they treat you after you have been living there for a while. I have mice in my apartment and don't leave out the roaches. The washer and dryers are always broke because people break into them to steal the money. People hang out on the front and smoke weed like it's legal. Apartment downstairs has 24/7 traffic.
My lease is up in April 08 and I can't wait to get the hell out of there.
