Please don't move here you are making a big mistake they don't care about the tenants at all you call to speak to a manager Nakia Long no on never available....but they are real quick to take your ------- money for rent...they also have mice s & roaches... ghetto tenants... i have found condom rappers on my balcony plastic gloves and a winter hat what was someone trying to break in....The people that work in the leasing office are real ghetto no manners.. I will also be moving out with or with out the damn confirmation but can break your lease as long as you give a 30 days notice and pay for the next month rent it is stated in you rent agreement.....
Roaches greet you as soon as you come through the door!!Everytime I get up in the morning there are mice dropping all over the counter and stove...washers and dryers never work crack heads are always breaking into them...They are always shooting and breaking into cars in the complex... especially in the summer I actually sat on my balcony and watched them beat someone up it was like 10 guys against one person...The kids are ghetto they don't have no damn respect.. And the females at the rental office are very ghetto they need to hire more professional people or else they are going to loose a lot of business... They also have a lot of empty apartments in the complex I didn't know this was the old Forest Creek don't move here it is crazy it sounds good when they say no credit check but it is a reason for that 2 think before you make that move...I also will be getting the hell out of there ASAP!!!It is a damn nightmare.....
