This has been the worst place I have ever lived. The rental office staff are very unprofessional, rude and don't have any customer service skills. Did they get them off of the street corner' The apartments are run-down with old appliances and old heating/air conditioning units. My heat didn't work for two months and after several complaints I had to threatened them to get it fixed. My power outlets have been out for four months. I can't utilize my living room, dining room or kitchen because of the electrical problem, which is a health hazard. The only positive is that I have never seen any mice or bugs as other people have. They need to shut this place down!!!! I also heard that as long as the management don't go over their budget as far as repairing and replacing items in your apartment they will get a big bonus every quarter. This is according to the maintenance person that I was talking to. What!Are you serious so that's why we have old appliances from the 80's. I'm so glad that I will be moving at the end of this month. I'm trying to figure out why is my gas bill almost $200 a month for a one-bedroom apartment''''''It's some shady stuff going on here. I have some people at HUD and I'm going to see if they are violating any laws.

This IS the improvement. Not to be negative about the place, but I use to live there when it was called Forest Creek Apartments. Crime was terrible here. But they did some improvements to minimize that...and they work. They did buy new appliances, but the unit has been around for a long time. I would like to see how things turn out years from now.
