Take long period of time to have repairs done. I live in my apartment over 8months before i could finally get all of the repairs done. Also, i was told that all of the cabinets were new and the appliances. I only had new appliances. The cabinet are broken and dry rotten. I have asked for assistance with accomendations to easy for a person in a wheelchair. Management had yet to contact me in regards to this matter. My concern is that if management can't see to it that accomendation can be address then the tenant should be notified either by a call or a business letter.But if a tenant missed paying their rent a notice is sent out. I think out of fairness repairs should be done in timely manner so that tenants will be willing to pay their rent on time.
