I am a long term resident of Regency Village formerly Forest Creek Apartments. Having lived with both companies I can honestly say that Regency Village is by far the better of the two. The drugs, hanging out and street walkers were immediatly cleaned out of the community by the new Regency Village staff. The Old Forest Creek never addressed these issues. I have a quiet building and a nice apartment that I am very happy with. We now have a work out room, access gates, and a clean pool. I encourage everyone to make their own decisions but I have had a good experience with Regency Village.

The access gates don't work! You can only use the gym when the rental office is open and the pool opened so late this year it was ridiculous. I keep my apartment clean and I am still fighting roaches and MICE! I live in the back and it is very quiet, I give them that. But that does not make up for the roaches and mice!

I agree with you, so who ever wrote the previous posting is full of shyt!!!! It is probaly one of staff trying to fool somebody. They still sell drugs, shoot and kill around there so its all a big lie that they cleaned it out.

I can almost agree that that was someone from the rental office that does not live on that property! To the person that wrote it what is your building number cause I want to know how one building of the complex is paradise while the rest of the community is HELL with MICE

Sounds like some people need to clean up once and a while and they would not get mice or roaches. Apartment living is what you make it. If you are a dirty person no matter where you live you will have bugs and mice. Get off your rear end and take some resonsibility for yourself. I love my apartment and no I don't work for the place but I am a person that does not need other people to wipe my a--.

I agree with everyone else! I have been here over two years and things haven't changed that much. You still have the people hanging out on the corner like they don't have anything else to do. I wish they would get a job! The gate doesn't work and they don't plan on making it functional either. There are roaches and mice that make themselves comfortable living in your home. I had to go out and purchased things to help get rid of the mice problem. So far they are working fine and i haven't seen much but the seasons is changing again. Maybe some of the other tenants here might want to go get the mice repellant that you plug into the wall. I have been using them a year and they have helped me alot! Again it is not like they are going to help us, so you might as well help yourself till you can do better. My device costed $20.00 and i got it from Lowes or try Riddex Plus. I would love to beat the parents of the kids up stairs that are constantly jumping off of things. I think one day they are going to come through my ceiling! So annoying!

If the above comments do not scare you away then you are just crazy!! Anyone who thinks that these aparments are any better then from where they came will change their minds after the first month. Both sides are f---ed up so don't belive the hype about the renovated apartments(a microwave and black appliances, how is that a renovation).Yeah stores are real close but that is not a plus. Just stepping outside you start to feel paranoid that people are either following you or just watching you on a daily. This place is so depressing from the neighbors to the rental office staff and yes maintentance is some crap too!!!It is a police presence but they do not enforce anything! There was a 7-Eleven up the street but that has closed down due to theft( Man, a 7-Eleven closing down where has that happened before in Ni**adom not even the one down by Doral has ever closed down).I have lived in or visited people in just about every apartment out in this area and yes this place is some straight shyt! The surrounding area is shytty too! No one should want to or should be living in these apartments for more than a year or less if possible to keep your sanity. Stay far away from Miles Properties they are all some crap!!?????? ??????

Who ever wrote this have to work there because the same ---- that was there in 1985 is still happening...this person just work in the office and go somewhere else to call it home. Wether it be Keystone, Forest Creek, or Regency Village it don't matter all they are doing is dressing up the outside of the aptartment in the front by the rental office and leaving the same old riff raff that has been there and help build the property. Seem to me that these supposingly big time realtore "MILES PROPERTY" came from Chicago and was coming to make a change but instead the change was what is all they have left in thier pocket...it don't matter how much money they put into these properties, they so call manage, they don't know how to be Property Managers. I give it maybe another year or two and some one else will try or the state of maryland will own it.
