As a resident since, 04/2007. I can actually say that this is the worst place to live in PG. Really, anyone that post a comment on this site defending or stating anything positive about this place is either a drug dealer making good money around here or a leasing office agent. Don't be a fool! These postings are 100% true. You don t just get mice in your apartment, especially if you live on the top floor. How' How do they get up here on the top floor' You can hear them in the walls and cabinets at night. You will see the terds on the floor, stove, counters and even in the bathtub. They are infested through out the entire community and steady breading. Ask anyone that lives here if they have mice or seen them in their apartment; no matter what floor you live on they are in every unit. I clean with bleach/pinesole all the cleaning products you can think of and put all my food into air tight plastic containers and still find terds and see rat sized mice run across the floor every night when I come home from work. I hate coming home to this place. I cant even invite friends over because I m ashamed of what they might see. I m really so stressed and depressed living here. The gunshots are real. The crimes are real. The entire place should be shut down, then knocked down and rebuilt; with a more experienced and respected Management Company. They steal your rent and charge you outrageous fees for gas/electric and trash. They trick you into thinking they renovated the entire community. It s a joke! The only unit that has been renovated is the model unit that they show in the leasing office. They ll tell you that you will get a colored wall in the living room and that they are installing new appliances through out the community. All a big lie! I m still waiting for them to clean my carpet as promised when I renewed my lease. I only renewed my lease, because I m in a financial crisis and need just a little more time to correct my credit, but they really tried to make that a bigger problem for me. They decided to randomly take the nearly the entire community to court. The only people that were subpoenaed are the residents that work and that are not on section 8. What a coincidence! They decided to evict almost half of the community, even people that paid their rent on time. They said I owe them $500 sum in late fees. Another lie! I pay my rent and the stupid trash fees on time all the time. They say its from late gas payments, but my gas bill payment isn t due until the 15th. They told me that its actually due on the 1st along with my rent. WTF! To make a long story short, please be smart! Don t waste you re time or money in this hell hole. Stay away and if you live here and fill like I do, lets all do what ever we can to get away. Vote! For Change! Please get off you butts and Vote! Lets hope that someone will finally buy out Mr. Miles Properties, and do something to fix this terrible community. I will not be renewing my lease in 2009! I d rather go live in a damn shelter or in my car than to keep paying these trifling crooks.

I totally agree with you. Go to www.southernmanagent.com check out their apartments in the area. The company is well known and work with you and credit issues. I know this personally because I was approved for one of thier apartments that has WONDERFUL reviews and is still in the area.

The county really needs to shut this place down. They are taking people's money and giving them nothing in return except a mice, roach and drug infested apartment complex.

i agree 100% this place is a ---- hole filled with mice and roaches.
