i moved in this hell hole july of 2008. before i moved in till now has been hell. i was promised alot of things and till today not one has been done. my apartment wasa mess when i moved in and i have had one issue after another since. its to a point i don't even stay here but i pay my rent on time each month. if i am going to pay the amount i pay for this place, it needs to be worth it. i have had a hole in my celling for about a month and a half due to something busting, ask me if it has been fixed. No it hasn't now i have more roach prombles than i did in the past. all the applicances in my apartment is old and falling apart, even though i was told that were going to be replace before i moved in. i have a closet in my kitchen with dead roaches in it, my balocony is filled with dust and boxes from God know were. the light in front and in my balocony doesn't work, i don't have hot water in my shower, roaches are everywhere, i mean everywhere. my dishwasher, my closets, my bathroom, my frihgt where my food is kept. i have had to throw away food cause of this, and just this moring there was a roach in my bed. euough is euoogh. when i signed my lease this wasn't part of the special. the people in the office don't seem to care, cause each time i call them to fix somethign, i have to call four to five times before they send someone. if i was late on my rent, you guys don't wait that long to put a notice on my door. i want out of this place out of my lease. i would pay for my dec rent and i am out. whoever is in control of this place, you all need to do some major changes to this place. 7222 bellerive dr. houston tx 77036.

Try Penn Southern Apartments. This is where I moved to and I love it. The staff is pleasent and the maintainence people really work. I had a problem in my apartment with one of my sockets not working and put in a work order and he came right over in like 2 hours. Which wasn't a good time for me because I had company over, I asked if he could come back the next day at 9am and he was here at 9 on the nose!
