I used to live there. I moved in November 2007 and moved out in August 2008. From the day I moved in the garbage disposal was on the fritz. The closet was hanging off the henges and was never fixed. The bathroom door was a different color from every other door in the house. My mailbox was broken and my mail couldnt get delivered for almost a month. And two weeks later my refridgerator broke that they never fixed until a month before we moved. I mean yes they attempted to fix it but you fix it with a blowdryer' I lie to you not. There was one lady that was soooo nice and sounded concerned about my fridge. AND a apartment that was the next building to me stove or something exploded!!!! And they came and unplugged all our stoves for about 3 days. NOW THAT was the first time their behinds got up and moving on something to fix. CAUSE THAT would have been in the news and people would have started asking questions and the whole place coulda got shut DOWN! Good thing I didnt have a million roaches or mice but I did see a mouse once but my precious dog kept that at bey. One thing I do give them they dont kick you out fast. My next door neighbor moved out the month I moved in and I guess didnt notify the rental office so they kept posting that yellow court date paper and printed paper on how much was owed. They did this for 6 or 7 months and finally went in there to move out trash. But the bill got up to about 6 or 7 thousand before they decided to evict....lol. So if your just looking for a place to live in for free for 6 to 7 months....Go right ahead and take advantage!!!!!
