I will be honest that I was interested in the apartment complex for three reasons. On-site childcare, close to my current job, renovated apartments. However, I am terrified of mice!!! Are the renovated apartments located in fully renovated buildings' Do any of you live in a renovated apartment and have the same challenges' Mannn this is so disappointing. Anyother apartment complexes in pg county that will provide me with on-site childcare and close to my current job (495 preferred)'

Pleassssseeeee don't do it honey!! I live in renovated unit and have recently seen at least 2 to 3 mice and all they could tell me is that they don't have anymore glue traps. It is ridiculous, only been there for literally a couple of months and already ready to break my lease and at this point don't care what it will do to my credit. I am absolutely terrified of mice and refuse to live like this.

I live in the a apartment not renovated and I have no mice or roaches thank God I would'nt be able to deal with that I really surprisingly do not have a problem it's better than I thought besides the load shout and noise every now and then it can be real ghetto outside.when your inside you do feel as thou your somewhere else until you hear load mouth teens that have nothing to do besides hanging out in some hall way.

I am so glad to chime in on this!! I have a renovated apartment and I think they look lovely, however, I have seen the mice...one too many. I moved around Regency Village because of the renovated/spacious apartments and the convenient location. But I can do without the shi**y attitudes of the staff members when you NEED stuff done in your unit. For example, like getting your air conditioner fixed because it's 90 degrees outside or assisting with water damage on the ceiling with mold brewing because of a storm!!!! I was actually told that it was not an emergency!!! Please note that I had to call the PG Health Department to get both issues resolved. I didn't know that it was an on-site childcare, but I wouldn't trust anyone with my child around Regency Village (just my opinion). Take care! :-)

We recently moved from Regency. We actually broke our lease! I couldn't stand to live like that another day. We lived in a renovated unit; however it was falling apart. I never saw any mice, but there were a few roaches in the kitchen. We had our own exterminator come out, but we still saw 1 every now and then. No matter how much we cleaned and sanitized the apartment, it still felt dirty and kept an unexplained odor. The crime was really bad. The apartments are not expensive, but saving money is not worth jeopardizing your safety. The staff is rude and unprofessional, but I guess they have to be in order to deal with some of the residents. Its not a bad place if you are a young couple without kids, but I wouldn't recommend raising a family in that environment. Its infested with drug use, abuse and sales!

All of these reviews are TRUE... Let me start off with the mice and roaches, OMG! They might as well be the one's on the lease becasue they are everywhere and take over your home whether your home or not... So nasty!! Rental staff is nasty and unprofessional and they don't fix a thing. This place is a GHETTO, RAT INFESTED MESS AND NEEDS TO BE BURNED TO THE GROUND... Move here and you wont have a car to get out because the fake thugs that live here would have stolen it in your sleep.. When you see Walter's Lane, just run as fast as you can or you will be forced to buy drugs from one of the many waundering CRACKHEADS in the neighborhood. Cheap rent is not worth risking your health and safety!!! DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU WITH THE RENOVATIONS, YOU WILL SEE MICE AS SOON AS YOU GET YOUR KEYS.. TRUST ME!
