No Sleep, No Heat, No Hot Water. What more could I ask for'

Where should I begin...
First. It is a gated community, yet they don't have any gate cards to give to new residents so they have to park in vistors and walk to their apartment. Who in their right mind would rent out an apt inside the gate and not give them a gate card''' And their response is they are on order. Well they have been on order for three months now. And they wonder why the gate is always broken''
Second. Maintenance. What maintenance' Half of them have no clue of what they are doing. God forbid your heat goes out. Which is more likely going to happen. None of the maintenance guys are certified to work on your unit so they have to call in a contractor to fix it. You may wait 2-3 months before someone comes out there.
Third. Hot Water. I can't even comment on that. Just imagine taking a cold shower and walking out into a cold apartment.
Forth. Loose floorboards. There are so many loose floorboards in my apartment. I feel sorry for the person under me.
Fifth. The walls are paper thin. You can hear tv's and telephone conversations through the walls. And if someone throws a party you will not be sleeping b/c your walls will be rattling. Just make sure you keep a constant supply of sleeping pills b/c you are going to need them.
Sixth. Make sure you check everything when you do your walk through and make sure you see the apartment before you sign anything. Once you are in they are not going to do anything for you.
Seventh. Don't think you are going to get modern appliances. They will fix it half-ass before they replace it.
Damn this list is getting long...
Eighth. It is a family affair in the office. You got Stephanie the Resident Manager, her sister as assistant Resident Manager and her cousin Terrance as Maintenance Supervisor. Stupidity must run in the family b/c they all are incompentent morons.
I can't go on. I would be up to 20. If the first 8 don't get you to run away, I don't know what will.
